So my wedding is in 12 days and after I made final payment 4 people told me they can't come(Classy huh?)
anyways my question is can I still get that money back?

I don't know how east wind works it but my hall doesn't need it's final head count until this saturday. I know 12 days isn't a lot but I do think it's enough time for them to prepare for for less people, or unprepare, lol. The worst they can do is say you can't change your # now

Im pretty sure that once you give your final payment thats it they wont refund any money...it stinks maybe they can throw something in

No...I just met with them a couple weeks ago and they explained that they don't ever give money back. This is why I'm planning on leaving a couple people off the first list I give them!!

I had to give my final payment the thursday before my satuday wedding. An half hour after I dropped off my payment some one called and canceled. My RH would not do anything even though I called an hour later.

Ugh its so annoying but oh well!! I guess thats how they make a little extra money! I should have been smart and put down a less number!

Yea i bet they make extra from last minute cancellations. I actually gave 2 less when i gave my final payment, and ended up having 2 people not come after my final payment was given.
Its tricky to do that because we had to have the actual seating chart and the fake one we gave to the RH. The DOC really had to rearrange seating last minute, i wouldnt reccomend doing that unless you have someone that can do that for you.

Our final is due 2 days before our wedding ... I don't think they'll give you money back but perhaps take that money toward an upgrade maybe add sushi to your cocktail hour or something like that.
