Add most of basil (save some for topping the pasta). Spoon sauce over pasta, top with pancetta, basil and some grated cheese.

Re: Easy and Excellant Pasta Dish
This is sooo funny....I just made bacon sauce yesterday. My recipe is even simpler!
1 lb. of lean bacon, chopped (I just trim the excess fat) 1 medium yellow onion, chopped 2 cans of crushed tomatoes Salt/Pepper to taste Fresh parsley to garnish
Simmer a few hours and serve w/your favorite pasta!
