FH always insists on having the air on...even if its not even 80 degrees outside. I, on the other hand, prefer to have the windows open & get the breeze (we live not far from the water).
I mean I agree when its a scorcher out...that's another story, but not all the time.

I like the AC on to cool the house down..especially at night, nut not all the time... it actually gives fh and i a sore throat feeling if it is on too much

i put it on just to cool the house down and when im home. i dont think it should be on unless we are coming right back\however this past weekend it was on the entire time

I have to have it on, unfortunately. I can't open windows b/c of my allergies and sometims I just can't breathe in the spring/summer, so it's just about always on

If I lived near the water my windows would be open all the time!!! They usually are now anyway
I use it to cool down the house and DEF. before bed. I can not sleep if I am hot!! and sleep SO MUCH BETTER if it is freezing cold in the bedroom
Since I am at home during the day with my son I probably use the AC more then most

I hate the AC. I usually just pop open a few windows or maybe turn on the fan. I like to be a little bit hot anyway (I am ALWAYS cold) Only if I am desperate and sweating will I turn on the AC!

I prefer it only when it is unbearable to sleep. dh on the other hand prefers to sleep in a freezer. i like the windows open but it is nice to have the a/c on when i have just come out of the shower.
