I usually get turkey (no cheese) on 6' whole wheat with tomato, pickles and (i think it is lowfat?) honey mustard dressing.

Re: Eating at Subway
MMMMMMMMMM, I could go for Subway now!
I usually get the veggie delight, which consists (for me) of provolone, lettuce, black olives, jalapeno's, onions and vinegar! And salt & pep of course!
It's 7pts...

6 inch Veggie Delite with swiss cheese, all veggies except tomateos and hot pepers, with either dijon horseradish, sante fe, or mustard.

Re: Eating at Subway
The bread I'm sure has points, but the sandwiches are listed under WW, there are certain 6 inch subs that are very low points, so with a diet coke, your lunch can be like 7-8pts tops... UNLESS of course you go CRAZY! :o)
