Ebay?

Ebay?

I see so many great things posted about favors, BM gifts, etc on Ebay...

I hate to admit it, but I am a complete Ebay virgin...

Is it hard to use? Also, are the things you purchase good quality? I always worry about buying something I am not able to actually see and touch!

Ebay is very simple once you get the hang of it.

Basically, you register and get a screen name. Then you search for items you want and either bid on them or you can 'Buy It Now' if it's an option. Ebay has writeups and instructions on everything.

I've been an ebayer for a while now and enjoy it. I sell and buy. You can get just about anything and everything..... the most important thing to an ebay buyer is the Sellers Feedback. It's a number in parantethes ( )<--- those and if you click the number it will give you the feedback from other buyers and sellers. You want to buy from someone with 100% positive feedback or as close to it as possible. There are a lot of bad people out there - so if you see something you like, go thru their feedback and see what people have to say. Most people will explain themselves about why they didn't like the seller or the item... such as bad packaging, didn't return emails, item not as described. I've been pretty lucky and have had few issues. but reading someone's feedback should make it easier for you.

Good luck and happy bidding!!!

I love ebay! I am seriously considering getting my invites from there. I contacted the seller and she mailed me a sample of the invite free! Most of the other vendors wanted to charge me $$. I have gotten CDs, books, etc. and am hoping to get some other things from ebay for the wedding. I even bought diamond earrings on the site from a reputable seller. The earrings appraised for 6 times what we paid!! Good luck and have fun on ebay!!

I am an ebay addict! Aside from a problem I had with a phone (my fault anyway because I didn't check his feedback score before I bid), I have never had any issues. I love everything I get. I also got a great deal on my placecard holders...they worked out really cheap
