Please give me some ideas of things to sell on ebay. I have tons of stuff to get rid of but not sure anyone will buy it! Christmas knick knacks and ornaments, used clothes and shoes (good condition), jewelry, books, books and books.

people will buy EVERYTHING on ebay.
for books, dvds, vhs and cds, i would recommend half.com instead

if you have stuff to sell then great..but ive been buying low and selling hig..i bought 100 diff television DVD box sets and i made PROFIt mind you almost $4,000 in the last 90 days

you can sell anything. i had gotten rid of used movies, games, books...anything you no longer want can be sold on ebay...i love it!

FH and i have been shedding our used (and some brand new) books, video, and cds since last summer...we haven't quite gotten $4000 profit, but the way we see it, getting something is better than having it sit there collecting dust.
I also get some brand new textbooks from publishers, and those sell for a lot of money at the beginning of semesters, but honestly, we've gotten rid of text books that are over 5 years old! (they usually sell for $0.75, but who cares!)

If you have designer clothes, these seem to sell well - like even in lots.
My advice is look up some of the items you want to sell and see how they're doing, then decide if it's worth parting with.
