a person who was my higgest bidder backed out of payment, claimed his cousin got into his account, whatever dude. It took him seven days to respond to me and that was after I told him i was going to have to give him a neg. feedback.

I did two second-chance offers but no-one responded.

I can file a non-payment form and i will get back the Final Value Fee, but will i get back the listing fee???

If I give him negative feedback, he can give ME neg. feedback, even though he is the dork?

Dont give him negative feedback. Just block him from looking at any of your auctions...File the non paying bidder form, and the total fee credit form and be on your way. You wont get back your listing fee. Ebay takes out a percentage of what you get back...It is pretty sad the amount they actually give you back.

Wait till sunday evening and relist the item.
