Ebay Sellers.... help!

i ordered something on March 7th. The auction said I should recieve item 7 days after payment clears. Ok, fine.
Payment cleared the 10th...... On the 14th I emailed her asking if it was sent yet... and she said, no, not yet... SHE DOESNT HAVE THE ITEM YET She said early next week.
So, accordindly i SHOULD have it tomorrow but thats not gonna happen......

How long should I wait before I tell her to refund me??
(keep in mind i REALLY want this item)

Should I give her til Friday and tell her i want it sent out by Monday or i want a refund?

If she's in contact with you and has a positive feedback rating on Ebay, I'd ask her to tell you when it arrives and to tell you when it's been sent. If she doesn't come through with that stuff by the end of next week, I'd ask for a refund....since you really want it, it might be worth the wait.

selling something you don't have at the time of auction ending sounds a little shady. I would review the eBay sellers contract/rules, and see ifd there's anything you can complain to eBay about. Why the heck would someone list something to sell that they DIDN'T HAVE?!? So you've basically given her your money and she sdoesnt have your item redy to go yet???


I would leave negative feedback too - just to let other people know what they might be getting into buying from this seller.... This all sounds very strange though!
