Eco-friendly wedding contest to win $500 for your honeymoon

Thought I'd share this contest that I saw today - you just have to put something together about how your wedding will be environmentally-friendly and fair trade and you could win $500... You can check it out at:

I have already booked a shuttle bus for my guests instead of having everyone bring their car......now I will have to come up with a few more ideas to be able to enter!

Is anyone out there planning on doing the 'green' thing for their wedding?

I think it's a cool idea but a lot of work for $500 and why do you pretend to be a bride?

Sorry I don't really understand the question - I am actually getting married and was looking for ideas about how to make it more environmentally friendly.......I thought some others might be interested too.

Thank you! what a great contest... my mom and I are trying to think green friendly.. I'm requesting a clear or naked shower (non-wrapped gifts) and we are thinking about a shuttle and such too. Thanks!

If you are a real bride, then I apologize. It's just weird when a brides first post is to promote something.
I actually told me sister about this idea. She loves this idea, she is a green freak! I tried to be green, most of my guests are using mass transportation.
