Does anyone know how this works? FH got something in the mail today, and it says something about if you make over $75K per year, its reduced or phased out. Does that mean you dont get anything if you make over that amounts?

yup...people that make less than 75k are getting the rebates. 75k and above are not.

i know fh's rebate was cut and I think it's because he might be in the $75k range, so he only gets $200 back.
i get nothing back but I guess that's b/c i make too much so i shouldn't complain even though i pay a buttload in taxes!
