I went to Economy Candy in the city today. I highly recommend them for those of you who work or live close to the city and are thinking about having a candy buffet. They have very good prices and you get to actually look, feel, and taste the candy. You won't have to guess if is too much or not enough candy for the candy buffet, because you will actually be looking at the quantity in front of you. I recommend them. You can google them, because I don't have their exact address. They are located on Rivington Street in the city. Rivington runs parallel to Delancey.
Just thought I will let you know

Re: Economy Candy
Thanks for the tip! We are doing a candy buffet so I will take a trip up there to check it out one day soon on my lunch hour!
yessss this is a great place, i love them because they have all the old school candy that isn't sold in regular stores anymore. I will definitely use them if i have a candy bar but right now a chocolate station is my 1st choice.

You are right sometimes it great to find those sales. Unfortunately, that did not work for me because I am keeping my candy on two colors (lime green and white ----keeping with my wedding accent colors) and its hard to find a variety of such in the stores you mentioned....although I found some I just wanted to keep my candy uniform so that it won't look like a mess I should have choosen red....it is an easier color
