EDIT Limo story
Hey girls.
Wanted to let you know a little something about Ultimate Class Limosuine. I hope this thread doesn't get pulled. I'm not here to bad mouth them, I'm just going to explain a story of what happened to us.
For the most part they were great. The one who drove the Rolls royce was AWESOME.
We also had asked for the party bus and a van to:
1- pick up guests at the hotel
2- drop them off at the reception
3- pick them up after the reception
4- drop them back off at the hotel.
I don't know how much clearer I could've made this. I called the owner about 2 or3 weeks before and told him that we would need an additional van, because there were certain people that would need transportation to the hotel- the 2 bridal parties and the 2 of us, since they would be taking the limo to the reception, but would need a ride to get back to the hotel. I seriously could not have made this ANY clearer. He had me repeat exactly where I wanted the van to go, and I did repeat this TWICE. To make it more clear I even said 'Just have the van do exactly what the bus is doing' And I TOLD him, the bride, groom, and members of the bridal party will need to be transported, so make sure no one leaves until we get in.
So after I said all my goodbyes and thank yous at my fabulous wedding reception, I come outside to get in the van or bus- whichever had the most room....
THE BUS LEFT already and they never brought the 2nd van. So basically my husband and I and about 6 members of the bridal party and a few others that were staying in the hotel had to find their own transportation to the hotel. Luckily one of my friends had room in his car for the 2 of us. My parents who weren't staying at the hotel, had a limo to take them back home, but they ended up taking 2 of the bridal party members. The others that were stranded, had to find their own way.
I just don't understand how they could make this mistake. We wanted to use them to transport us to the airport for our honeymoon tomorrow, since they owe us the van, but they now said they didn't charge us for it... meanwhile they definitely did!
I spoke with him on the phone about this!
Anyway, if any of you girls DO book them as your limo, make sure you are VERY clear about what you want since they seem to have a difficult time understanding
