Aww - you'll be okay! I've had 'em before and there's a lot of hype about the pain, but it's just hype..you'll feel so much better when it's done!

ahhh! good luck! i've had 3 of them! it's not too bad...and i'm the BIGGEST BABY when it comes to pain!!

I had one on one of my front teeth years ago. It really isn't all that bad. Just get yourself a nice cold milkshake after

I hate the dentist sooo i thought it hurt like crazyyy !! but they give you meds that make u feel loopy lol

goodluck, its not as bad as people say it is... i had my first (hopefully only) one last year and it was not terrible. Make sure they give you the sweet air stuff... it basically made me out of it so I felt nothing...

gooood luck! i had a root canal years ago and it really wasn't that bad. And i didnt get any vicodin...i think i got screwed!

Ahhhh! I had one... it wasn't as bad as everyone makes it seems, but it does hurt a bit afterwards. After it's all done and healed you will feel so much better!!!!

Thanks ladies.......I was actually fine until a few minutes ago. Now the discomfort/pain is setting in . I have to go back Saturday, but she numbed me up so much I didnt feel anything during the procedure.

LOVE vicodin...only take halves though or I'm knocked out. My first ever root canal was my best dental exp. ever... no pain...nothing. Had one last week and UGH...so much pain. Hope you're feeling like yourself soon. It took me a couple of days.
