I just took my headpiece out of my storage and it's missing a rhinestone..

does anyone know if Thomas knoell replaces stones? If so how much?

I don't know but they really should. You should take it to the shoppe tommorow and see if they can take care of it as soon as possible. I hope that I helped you out a little.

I would call Thomas Knoell ASAP and have it replaced immediately. For the amount of $$ the headpiece cost you, this should not happen.
