EEK! Flower help, please!

OK, so- I figure hey- we'll save a few bucks, get all our flowers from Stop and Shop- which is fine, because our CPs will be 1 potted orchid, so that's easy enough.
So, I just spoke with Nina, and it is too soon to see if we can get the lily of the valley, or the amaryllis, for my bo-ks.
No big deal, I will come up with alternates, because as time progresses, I seem to be caring less and less about details (weird for me).
So, in conclusion- HELP
Please help me find some alternate flowers/ bo-ks that will have this same kind of look?

I like a softer look than calla lilys, but that would be the right color family...
I guess I'm SoL.
