Having another Epidural Steroid injection in my back this morning for the pain.
I know they arent that bad, but i'm still freaking out. Something about a shot in the back that just kills me. Plus i HATE anastesia.

UPDATE... i'm all done. Home. Super insanely high and dizzy lol but it went well. Hopefully it works and the pain goes away :)

Good luck.. Let me know how it goes.. I've been thinking about doing facet blocks (I think they're the same thing) for my neck.. I've had buldged discs that have been giving me awful pain for over a year

if youre in such bad pain I would def do it. I just had my 2nd one today. They arent bad at all and they really do help!
They give you medicine to calm you and kinda put you to sleep so you dont feel the injection at all

i have 2 herniated discs and 2 pinched nerves. the injections help with the pain
