egg-beaters

I've recently started eating egg beaters and really like them. There is not fat and hardly any calories. It seems too good to be true......Anyone know any bad things from eating them too often??

Good to hear b/c I really like them! The southwestern ones especially

Can you order these when you eat out (like a diner)? I think I have heard people order them.

Yep. You make them the same way as you make scrambled eggs. You just pour it in the pan and wala!!

I'm gonna start looking for these myself, they sound good. Do you have to spray your pan with cooking spray first? If so what kind do you use?

Yes, always spray, I use Pam, but you can use what ever spray you have. They cook just like regular eggs so you would need to spray so it doesn't stick. I make omelets and if I dont use spray, its just scrambled eggs!

I use egg beaters too because I used to eat too many eggs. One weekend I finished a dozen eggs myself So now I eat eggbeaters most of the time because it is healthier.
