i adore everything i saw in your album!
I completely agree!! LOVE your escort card idea!!! They are so pretty and so unique! Are you planning on making them with real flowers?
Thanks guys! Sadly, the escort card idea was an utter failure :(. i ordered some lavender and in an attempt to separate it out into clusters they totally fell apart. i can't imagine what would happen as i worked with them more and actually used them!
i ended up doing something different that i love. i bought a vintage stamp and an inkpad in eggplant. i stamped a corner of each card and it has a great vintage feel. i may do the same for my menus and programs.
eta: my picture didn't post. i'll add it to my DIY album.

I actually just posted this inspiration board on the 2011 board earlier because this is the color scheme I'm going for. It is plum/eggplant with pink.
i love this too! i'm trying to blend the darkness of the eggplant with the lightness of my dress. i think pink and mauve are the perfect colors for that!
