Can you please help! Does anyone know anything about El Dorado in Riviera Maya?
My travel agent is pushing it, but from what I hear about it the beach is awful. It's rocky, the sand bags are an eye sore and there is not much beach at all.
Any comments or reviews would be much appreciated.
We also were looking into RIU in Cabos San Lucas. Anyone have any feedback on that resort?
THANK YOU!

I've heard great things about the El Dorado as a resort itself, not sure about the beach - did you check trip advisor?
I tell everyone this (you girls prob think I work for them haha) but the Royal in Playa del Carmen is amazing, Its one of the best places I've stayed and the beach is beautiful.

Not too crazy about a resort that allows children. That's another tough part about booking a honeymoon.

I went to Riviera Maya for my HM!! We stayed at Grand Riviera Maya Princess/Grand Sunset Princess all-inclusive resort. It was beautiful! I would highly recommend to book your HM there if you are traveling to Riviera Maya! We booked a all-inclusive laguna villa suite with our personal conceirge. We had such an amazing time! This pkg includes a free spa day for 30 min. massage and 30 min facial/pediure/manicure (Valued $ 3,000 in USD), as an all-inclusive pkg you get to choose over 10 different restaurants you want to dine that night (fondue, chinese, japanese, seafood, italian, mexican, etc).
