Re: electric razor

what kind does he use right now?
I used to sell them, so personal preference is very important.
is it a 3 head one, or a straight line (looks like a regular shaver on top). does he want to shave in the shower?

Re: electric razor

well a lot of girls do make a surprise, but I did see a lot return them lol

a lot of guys love Braun. its very cool looking and does a great job. plus it wont be that big of a change from the regular razor as the blades are straight.

if he wants to be able to do it in the shower Panasonic is great for that.

If he wants a circular motion shaving then Norelco is the one. (this is what my dad uses, and he looooves it )

FBIL asked for the Norelco 1050...we got him this on Friday (it was on sale) I was thinking about getting FH the same one (maybe the deluxe one w/the self cleaner thing)

oooh thats a cool one. not sure about the cleaning system, its awesome and all, but many times ppl just dont bother with it unfortunately.

if u do get w/the cleaning system, make sure the cleaning refills are regularly available

jeez I know way too much about this crap LOL

Re: electric razor

DH has a braun one with the built in cleaning base that he loves -- I got it for him for Christmas 3 years ago and he's been using it ever since. I just have to buy cleaner refill packs from BB&B maybe once every 6 months (they come in packs of two).

DH is soooooo hairy that he literally could shave twice a day -- his 5 o'clock shower is here by noon.

I'm not sure which series his is because it's from a few years ago, but he also likes the fact that he can use it to trim his sideburns and I can use it to shave his neck (TMI?) from time to time. I think it's a 5-series Braun but they all look really good. It was around $80 back when I bought it for him.
