Electrician

Any one have a recommendation for a professional electrician? I live in Bellmore. Looking to move the location of some light switches and it may require some work.

We just had someone come in and upgrade the entire house from 100 amps to 200 amps. We got him on recommendation and we're very happy. He works by himself and was very thorough.

If the job is basic like you described, maybe you don't need an electrician? My DH installed all new grounded outlets and put in recessed lighting in every room when we moved in. He's not an electrician, but read how to do it and we had it looked over by the electrician when he came to do the big work.

When I first told my dad and brother about this they thought they could do it but my brother looked at the job this weekend (he has done electrial work in past jobs and is hands on with this stuff) and said it may be a difficult job to do -wiring needs to be run thru my attic and all this stuff. He wants to come back with my dad to take a look at it to see if they can do it together but in the meantime I want to call in a professional and see what they say.
