Elena Bridal Question????

The other day I posted that I found my dress at Elena Bridal in Merrick. We didn't buy the dress yet, but I LOVE it.

My problem now though is that I have just heard some bad things from a friend of my cousin's. He told me they messed up her dress, mother's and grandmothers dresses.

I'm upset now cause I don't know what to do. Please let me know of your experiences with them. Thank you for you help.

I don't know the store but can only say that Just like everything in life you will have bad & good reviews.
It's sad that your friend had a bad experience...but Look at David's Bridal...How many people bash that store & I had a wonderful experience. Follow your heart. If everybody was unhappy they would not be in business.
You can ask them how long they have been open & if you want check with Better business bureau & see if they have any active complaints. HTH!!
