how he HELL does this thing work? I got the kangaroo fleece pouch and though I have put it on, I can't get the baby in it.
Here is my question - does the baby actually go in between the two layers of material? Or does she sit on the double layers....do you know what I mean? ANy tricks to this thing you can share?

I started using the sling when Luke was a bit older than Sophia and he sat in the 2 layers with his feet sticking out, not between. Did they not send you an instruction page? I am gointo to my 'instructions box' to see if I ave it in there for slinging a smaller infant. I will post again shortly.

OK, first here is the link to their page on using the sling
What position are you trying to put her in? Is she facing out or towards you?
Either way, they are not sitting between the 2 layers but both layers are on the outer part of her body and she is next to you with no layer in between. You just need to make sure that the bottom part of the sling is pulled up and under her butt.

taht is EXACTLY what I needed to know - I was trying to shove her in between the two layers....which needless to say she didn't like, and judging from my track record this weekend, I am not looking to try anything dangerous!!! Thanks!!!!
