Elizabeth Smart

Elizabeth Smart, the 15-year-old girl who vanished from her bedroom nine months ago, was found alive Wednesday walking down a suburban Salt Lake City street with a drifter who had once done work at the family's home. The man was taken into custody and the teenager was whisked away for a long-awaited reunion with her jubilant family

The press conference with the family got me so emotional! I was actually crying . I am so happy for all of them!

It's feels so good to finally see something uplifting in the news for a change!! I'm so happy for her and her loved ones. It really was a miracle.

I am so glad they found her alive, alot of people had given up hope after the only suspect died! I never imagined hearing that she was alive.

I'm so glad they found her!!! and that she's alive. I almost started crying - I felt so happy for her and her whole family.

It was so good to have some good news for a change. I was so happy for her and her family. hope whe has a quick road back to recovery from the trauma that she must have endured.

What ever the story is behind this case, I think it is going to turn out to be shocking. The younger sister told her parents in OCTOBER (five months later) that she thought Emmanuel was the man who took Elizabeth. As an attorney, I always smell a rat when someones memory starts to improve after months or years. Hmm...

I also heard that the man was homeless and living in a tepee when the Smarts invited him into their home to do some repair work. And that this man claims GOD spoke to him and told him that he could take a second wife and that Elizabeth Smart was the wife he could take.
