Has anyone had experience with them? I just made my appointment for this coming Wed at 4pm. Are they reasonable with their prices. Do they help with people on a budget? I have a good idea of a custom ring I want made, but it is hard to envision it. I saw on their website that they first make a wax model of the ring, before they go further with the creation process. I am excited, but sure hope it doesn't cost me a fortune.

We had our wedding bands made at Elsa's and they did a PERFECT job!! They were great to deal with...you tell them what you want and what you are willing to spend and they work with you. I explained to her what I wanted she than made a wax molding of the ring you make whatever changes you want to the molding until it is exactly what you want. Good Luck!!

My e-ring is from there and FH loved his experience there. She is honest and upfront. We are going to get our wedding bands there.

We have been working with them and so far everything has been great. I'm actually going in a few weeks to see my band...it's custom made so we've been working with them on the mold, etc. so now I can't wait to see the finished product!
