I am having them design my wedding band. They are great to work with-The process takes a few months-A one hour consultation is free but they expect you to be able to decide at the end of the hour if you want to work with them or not. I would recommend meeting with them after you have a pretty good idea of what you are looking for.
i am getting my wedding band made by them also. like someone else mentions it does take a few months. i think i started in sept/oct and i should be getting it jan/feb. the process has been quite fun and so far i would highly recommend them
We are getting our bands from them too. I have pics in my album of what they will look like. Stefan is such a pleasure to work with. We went in November and they should be ready in March/April ( i think). They only go by appointments also.
we got our wedding bands there, and they were great to work with. i think we went in around july or august, and they were ready by december. we are both really happy with our rings. if you go in with a price range, they will work with you. they definitely stayed within our budget.

i have had a great experience with them so far, of course everyone is different. meet with them and see what you think, they worked with us on the price and have been really nice so far. my only complaint is that we have had to go back like 3 times and we don't live close at all.
