I made an appt to go there next weekend and I was wondering if anyone has had a good or bad experience with them?

DH and I got our wedding bands there. Our experience was extremely positive. We worked with Stefan.
My has a thick band and it sits a little high. When I tried on bands in the stores, they just didn't sit correctly next to it. They constructed my ring so that it is built up a little bit but it still looks good on its own. It's plat. with diamonds and an etched design.

I ordered my wedding band from there. I worked with Elsa and she was great!! Just be sure that you have a good idea of what you want before you go there -- this is what Elsa recommends.
They made my little wax mold in front of me and then brought be back the following weekend to see the diamonds in the wax mold. It was great! Between the first and last meeting, we doubled the amount of carats in the band and the price stayed relatively reasonable. good luck!

We had both our wedding bands custom made here. We worked with Elsa and she was great! The rings are stunning. I definitely recommend going there.

I would only work with Elsa, she was so nice, even though I didn't get my ring there. One of the other women was very snotty

i just had my 2nd appt/ yest. and i love working w/ elsa! they made the wax mold and i go back next time to see it w/ diamonds. i can't wait! fh is also having his ring made there.

We got our wedding bands there! My wedding band was designed to match my e-ring. We worked with Stefan and we were thrilled. My DH got 2 rings (one with diamonds & a plain gold band for work).
I lost a stone from my wedding band at work & just went back there to have it replaced. We also got a band that matches my DH's dress band but without the diamonds for me to wear to work.
