Emailing Duet

I knew of a bride on here who said she did alot of her correspondence w/ Duet via email.
Has anyone done this or know their email address?

I have done that. I email Nicole and she always writes back to me.

I'd have to say the majority of my communication with Duet was via email. They usually get back to you within a few hours.

Nicole is Eric's wife. [email protected] is another person you can email too, but Nicole usually responds the same day you write to her.

Nicole is awesome about getting back to emails! I have also corresponded with Sue via email, she is great too.

I correspond primarily through email as well. NIcole did take a week to get back to me once, and i was kind of mad, but then she told me their computers were down. I completely understood
