Embarassed to ask....

Embarassed to ask....

THought abou this last week.. forogt to ask the FW.. What's the difference between a g-string and a thong? (It is meant as a REAL question.. no joke.)

Re: Embarassed to ask....

A g-string is just a string in the back. A thong has a little more material in the back.

I think a G-string is a thin-thin line of material and a thong has more material like a v-shape in the back.

That's nice of ya.. and I appreciate that.. I love thongs.. I think theyy're very feminie and alluring.. but the FW feels very uncomfy in them. She's not into the creeping factor and she wants to lose a little weight as well.. she's self-conscious.

(I think she looks beautiful.. but you know how women can be...)

If I got them for her, I could be treading on dangerous ground. LOL

Re: Embarassed to ask....

OctGroom, the first time we did a shopping event with the thongs, you wouldn't believe how many self-conscious women we encountered. From a retail standpoint, I was honestly shocked by the amount of size 2 to 4 women (along with everyone else) who were afraid of them! It's lingerie... not meant to be worn walking down the city street There were lots of comments like, 'my butt is too big' etc... it really opened my eyes to how incredibly body conscious women can be.

Do men worry about their gut hanging out when they buy boxers? Somehow I think not.

I'm sure you know what your lady feels most comfortable in, and i'm sure she's beautiful just the way she is!!!

Yes.. to have women walking down the street in thongs.. that would be wrong....

But yeah.. you're right for whatever reason, she's so critical of herself and she really shouldn't be. I love her body.. but even more so, I love her soul.

But the guy she was with for 2 years aroudnd (98-00) was such an a-hole. He was like.. 'You're too fat'.. then, 'You're too skinny'.. back and forht and back and forth aand he was never happy.

And the bottom line is.. she was 115 pounds!

So with her, I''m trying to get all that crap out of her head. I started at Day 1 and I hope to continue for the rest of my life.
