Too many to choose from....
One time FH, me, my cousin and her future husband went to dinner. I got up to use the ladies room, returned and finished up my meal. On the way out, my cousin was behind me and I had tiolet paper hanging out of my pants. I was mortified!!! I must have caught it from the seat when I put paper down to cover it.
