I am trying to make my own programs and would like to recreate the look my STD's had. Anyway- I am looking for ways to add ribbon to paper-- I know the one that they show on verse it:

Verse It

But, I need some other ideas.

That site is great. The only tip I have is not to use a regular hole punch unless the ribbon is really thick. those holes are usually too ig and look gawky, Check a craft or scrapbook store for different sizes.

You can use a hot glue gun (not sure if that's what you meant)
