Emergen-C anyone?

Emergen-C anyone?

I woke up this morning feeling like garbage and the last thing I need right now is to get sick before my vacation next week. Should I buy those emergen-c packets and take one? I never had them before but I know a lot of people swear by them. I took a vitamin c this morning and I have green tea right now but I need more! lol I can't get siiiiick!!!

I've never taken them but everyone does swear by them! Also, any kind of medication with an expectorant (sp?) in it should help you. Feel better!!

I never even thought of using those for a hangover! That's good to know lol I'll look for the raspberry one when I go to the store later. I also saw they had a pink lemonade one so that might not be so bad either.

I didn't like the pink lemonade one. That's just me though.... and I usually love lemonade

i use Zicam nose swabs. i swear by them. FH & I had the flu last year & i used them as directed & i did not have the horrible sore, runny nose.

however i heard they where recalled by the FDA. (people complained that they lost their sense of smell) i still have a couple of boxes at home & will be using them sparingly. i think they work miracles.
