Emme & DaVinci

Hey girls,

Does anyone know if Emme Bridal was always part of DaVinci Bridal or if this is a new merger? When I bought my Emme dress, they had their own site. Now I just tried to go there and it defaults you to the DaVinci site with a note about how it's a brand-new collection of dresses made by Emme. That's just strange cause I know DaVinci has been around for a while and I never knew they were associated.
