I have been really bummed because my grandma died a few months before I graduated high school from Colon cancer. It was really tramatizing seeing someone you love die like that. I was verrrrrrrry close to her and 6yrs have passed and not a day goes by I dont think about her. Its especially hard during special moments Like my high graduation, the birth of my son and now my 2nd and My wedding. She missed out on so much. I really angry at my mom because after my grandma passed away my grandfather divided up the jewlery and they sold it there was nothing left. I was so upset because for something old for the wedding I wanted to use something from her to feel like a peice of her was here with me. So I asked my grandfather if their was anything that I could have rosary beads or anything. Just a few mintues ago he came over with the rosary beads she held onto and prayed on until the day she died. I remember her holding them. They are beautiful and I am so happy I have something of hers on my wedding day. I am going to wrap them in my bo-k. It's so hard to lose someone you love.

Aww, I'm so sorry. I know how you feel...my Grandma passed away last August....I was SO close to her and cry whenever I think about how she won't be at my wedding : ( I know that she will be there with me in spirit...I plan on putting a picture of her in a locket or charm on my BOK.

I'm so glad your grandfather found her rosary beads for you. I feel the same way about my grandpa who passed away in 2003, not a day passes without me thinking of him and sometimes I'll remember that he won't be there to see me get married I really get upset...like I am now
