Emotional

Last night I went to a surprise party for my friends father and started crying when he saw a friend there he hasnt seen in 35 years because they started crying. My other friend's boyfriend started making fun of me and I tried to tell him that ever since I started planning a wedding, I pretty much cry at everything even soap commercials! He thinks im crazy and possibly pregnant.

Has anyone else become more emotional since they got engaged and started planning your own wedding or am I just crazy?

Yes and no...I'm emotional all the time,lol. But sertain things now make me cry at the drop of a hat. Like listening to certain songs that I know we are going to play at our wedding.

I think I'm a little more emotional when it comes to certain wedding related things - like we were looking at FH's sister's wedding pics yesterday and I teared up!

But any time a guy cries that automatically makes me cry.

yes, and i hate it. It seems like things that would never make me tear up or cry have me crying and its craziness. I was never like this before i started planning my wedding

HAHAHa Im like that alot. Saw fh with his nephew and he was rocking him to bed and i had to walk out i was crying so much lmao

im so glad you asked this. I have turned into such a sap. i appreciate my friends and family more, and have turned so sentimental its sick lol.. The littlest nice thing someone does i loes it and start crying lol. iread chichen soup for the soul brides edition and every story i read i got teary eyed

I am really emotional. It's so weird. I look at some of these girls on this site that just got married and cry when I see their pictures.

Oh forget it! I cant even watch Bridezillas or Platinum Brides without tearing up at least once during the show!

Yes!!! I'm sooooo not an emotional person but lately Baby story has me very teary!! I don't even want a baby right now, lol.

I've become a little bit emotional because there are so many things going on with this wedding planning. You have so much things to do and what to make sure that your day is ok. After awhile it can take a toll on you

I cry if someone looks at me wrong! I think it's the stress and excitement and anxiousness! It's a combo of everything.

Ditto to this BUT even more so now that I have been engaged AND especially since our 1 year mark two weeks ago...everything is intensified emotions I just cant help it...we are brides to be... we are allowed

Forget about it!!
Everytime I watch a tv show when the bride and groom are saying their vows I go hysterical because I can't even imagine what it's going to feel like!

I have definately become more emotional! When I think of my dad walking me down the aisle or see other people's wedding videos I'm like that's gonna be me!!! It's totally normal!!! I feel like such a big baby because I feel like I'm always crying lately

Emotional is not the word...don't feel bad at all! I have been a mess and I pride myself on being cold and heartless hahaha. It so true when they say something snaps in your head but relax and embrace it this is the only time people will give you a free pass!!

Yes! I am totally emotional and cry at least once a month. I got FH a book for grooms to be when we first got married and it says on the first page that brides get emotional and crazy and will cry all the time and call up sobbing about everything. So I guess it's totally normal!
