Empire Waist Wedding Dress

I've always wanted an empire waist flowy type of dress, but with strapless being the trend right now it's not so easy to find. I'm just want something rather simple. Has anyone seen / know a designer that does empire waist gowns well?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I tried on one by Christos that I loved, but didn't get. I can't find a pic but is was quite expensive

oh yeah...i should have mentioned I'm on a budget.

worse comes to worse, i may have someone make a dress. because i want something simple, i don't think it should be a fortune to create.
