I have to take a pill, but it is supposed to be on an empty stomach. However, half-way through my bagel I realized that I forgot to take it. How long until my stomach is considered empty?

Not sure. You could always call the pharmacist and ask if its ok.

2-3 hrs after whatever you eat
I go thru this w/ my prenatals so I know my dr. said take it ONE hr before a meal OR 2-3 hrs after a meal

Juat call the pharmacy and tell them what you are taking. Ask them if its ok to eat it with a little something. They will be able to tell you.

I called the pharmacist and they told me it was fine to take the vitamin with food.
