I sceduled my pics to be taken on April 3rd. Is that too cold? What to wear? Should I make it may instead?

April Showers Bring May Flowers - maybe May would be better since the weather would be warmer than in April.

It may be too cold or rainy for lots of outdoor shots, maybe May is a better idea.
