It's Pre Cana. It's supposed to more intimate than the weekly pre cana sessions....
It kind of sounds fun. If pre cana wasn't included I'd totally do it!
We are doing an Engaged Encounter Weekend, next weekend! But we are doing ours at Esophus, up near Poughkeepsie. It's supposed to be one of the best ones. I imagine it would be similar- I'll let ya know how it goes!
Thanks...I wasn't really sure where to have it but I thought it would be easier to stay within the Diocese of Rockville Centre. Considering our availability for the weekend, August was it and they're only holding it at the Bayshore Retreat Center.... Please let me know how it goes! I hear so many good things...I'd really love to know what to expect!!!
We only did it up there because FH's parents live in that vicinity and they actually used to be the host couple for years! So FH would go with them and play in the castle where they held it.. haha, He has ties there. Our church said it was totally fine.
