I've seen a lot of posts about wedding gifts, but did you get and engagement gift for your FH? My FSIL got her guy a rolex as an engagement gift. Did anyone get an engagement gift?

I didn't get him an engagement gift.
But we got engaged just before Christmas, and every year I buy him a Superbowl gift. So this year I went a little overboard for his superbowl gift and got him one of the more expensive items he put on our registry.

No. What me & DH did was that we just bought each other our weddings bands as a gift. He already had gotten both my rings when he proposed, but then I bought him HIS wedding band. So that was kind of our gift to each other.

I wanted to get FH a nice watch but he did not want one SO I booked a vacation for us. We went to St. Lucia for a week last August. I love that I was able to share FHs gift
