Engagement Gift

So I got an engagement gift sent to my office today and its the completer set (platter, sugar bowl, etc) to the everyday dishes I registered for... but I didn't get the dishes yet!

But it made my day better to get a present

I did against my wishes! I wasn't planning on registering for awhile but FMIL forced us to register for our eparty

We're not. A ton of people asked where we were registered for our e-party, but it just didn't make sense for us then. Do you know if you can start a registry online or if you need to go into the store to do it? Eventually that'll be good to know.

Every store has a different policy about registering online. I registered for Target online...but so far that's the only one That I know of that you are able to do online.

I'm pretty sure you can register online at bed bath and beyond too

You can start or update most registries online, but from experience, take a Saturday and go together to register for things. We did it right away because I'll be out of the country for the next two years and we wanted to do it together. Plus we figured there are 2 years of birthdays and holidays that people can use this registry for besides the wedding itself.

Also, you would not believe how different some things are in person! Servingware that looked decent online looked cheap in the store, but then we found other things in the store that we may not have noticed online.

Give FH the laser gun and let him have fun with it!

FH had a blast with the lazer gun! hahah! he kept breaking it tho so I had to take it away!

It was a good experience to do together and we realized how different our taste in certain things are so we had to compromise!

My main problem right now is when I registry stalk (lol) people are buying things that I didn't register for, I randomly see items that say quantity requested 0 quantity purchased 1 and im like WHHHAAATTTTT why did I register if people are just going to buy whatever they feel like buying!
