eta - we didnt really get gifts because we didnt register
but our friend did buy me a ring holder.. its glass with a pole in the middle to put my ring in when i am not wearing.. i love it!!!!

What about a trinket/ jewelry box like from Things Remebered? You can also have it engraved with the couples monogram.

My favorite were a Kitchen Aid mixer from Mom and Dad and then an ice cream maker attachment for it.
Speaking of which, FH needs to make me ice cream. He begged to put it on our registry and has only made me ice cream once!

I treasure it! MY MOH got it for me and it prob only cost her about 15 bucks but it was my fav.
