Now that we have the wedding reception (almost) booked, we made out guest list for our engagement party. Oh and by the way, my 'I can only guarentee about 110 people' guest list grew to about 130 last night in 10 minutes over a few beers . Any ideas on where on LI I can have a nice, tasteful, not too expensive engagement party?

actually someone just asked something like this and the girls on here made a few suggestions, I don't know how to bump things or I would bump the thread for you but scroll down it should be close, it was just yesterday that people were responding to her.

You can also look at any place that typically holds weddings... they offer cheaper prices for e parties and can hold you're capacity. If you are willing to try Queens check out Roma View Catering on Cross Bay Blvd. Their food and service is awesome! HTH GL

Hey, I actually asked this question yesterday I think. I know another girl mentioned that she didn't know how to link threads, and unfortunately, I don't know how to either, lol.
