I need help deciding what to do for the engagement party. We looked at a hall today and got a great place, but I don't know if maybe we should have it at a restaurant. Any ideas, what are you girls doing?

Really it is up to you and FH. If the place you looked at was a great deal and you both like it, go for it. OR if you are looking for a smaller E-party, try a resteraunt instead! It really has to be up to you guys. I personally went with a small reception site 'Michael's of West Sayville' for our E-party coming up this month. Good luck

I agree with DecBride. It really is up to you and your FH and what you guys want. Personally, FH and I wanted a formal e-party with a cocktail hour dinner and dancing and we had our last month at Chateau Briand and it was great! FM me if you have any questions. What places have you looked at so far?

We had ours in like a room in the back of a fire house It was really a REALLY pretty room. We had the food catered in. I think it depends on u and ure FI also. Good luck
