We didnt get to have an engagement party b/c we got engaged and were planning to get married within a year and just couldnt afford it all![]()
that is the same situation as us ..but FMIL feels like we have to do something so she is just having immediate family and bridal party over the house for food and drinks..nothing crazy more of a gathering then engagement party
