Hey Everyone! I'm still new here so I might have missed an existing thread on this. I'm just looking for suggestions on where to have our engagement party. We got engaged 2 weeks ago but we want to have it over the summer so we need to move fast before everything is booked. It has to be Nassau/Queens and not too pricey with an open bar (with my big Italian family and his big Irish family the open bar is a must ). Definitely a restaurant, not a hall. We already tried Pomodorino, Roma View (which is a possibility), Uncle Bacala's, Villa Marcello. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Also, has anyone ordered invited from weddingpaperdivas.com? I found invites that I like for the eparty and I'm just curious what the feedback is.

Welcome and Congrats
I had my e-party at the Milleridge Carriage House and it was wonderful. The food and service was outstanding. FM me if you want prices.
I personally have not ordered from weddingpaperdivas, but a lot of girls on this site have they have never complained.

Try Lambrou's in Island park! We're having our E-party in FH's backyard, but I've had a TON of parties @ Lambrou's and they've all been great!
