How had their Engagement Party already? Where you had it?

I had my engagement party 5 months after I got engaged, September 2008 (at the time we were getting married June 2010) at Bellport Country Club...had around 70 people..it was really nice and we had a great time!

I had mine in October (4 months after i got engaged) in staten island bc that's where FH is from - its called Ariana's Catering the food is amazing and the place was great no complaints ! It was kind of big bc we both have big families but it was so much fun to plan!

We will have one. Just haven't started planning yet. Its probably going to be at Absolutely Mario. The owner is so nice and the food is awesome.

I am having a party in August. So it will be exactly a year before the wedding. I am having it in my backyard. Just a casual, very relaxed party in the backyard. Probably about 75 people.
