Does anyone have any suggestions on a nice restaurant with a private room to have an engagement party in? We are looking at the beginning of May--preferably a Saturday dinner, but I would be open to a Sunday brunch...nothing too crazy in price. If possible I would like to stay in Nassau County.

'11er crashing....
the 2011 bridal shower was held at Peppercorns in Hicksville, and the food was excellent! They got the private upstairs room, and it has a dance floor and private bar. Not sure of the price pp, but definitely worth checking out
