ENGAGEMENT PARTY

Hi Girls,

For those who had a catered engagement party, would you mind sharing where you had it, what was included and what you paid per person? If you like, please FM me or share it here.

I am thinking of having one now and any help would be appreciated. Nassau and Suffolk are fine =)

We had ours at the Metropolitan Bistro and it was amazing!
The food was great and the service was outstanding.
I don't know how much per person because FMIL payed for it.
It included open bar, passed hors devours (like small slices of fancy pizza's, chicken satay, lemon shrimp), trays of hummus and pita, fresh veggies and dip. Then we opted for a buffet because we wanted people to mingle. We had a salad, 3 entrees and sides. Also included was a cake and coffee and tea.

Everyone has such a great time and we were getting phone calls and texts all week from people telling us how much they enjoyed it.

We had ours at the Knights of Columbus in Seaford. we had an open bar (about $15 per person) and my mom catered the food

It was very good - and the manager was great. They even gave us a free meal on the house to use on another date (which we used for our anniversary).

We had ours at Coveleigh Country Club on the water in Rye, NY. My parents paid for it so I'm not sure what the price was pp.

Our friends are having their E-Party at RomaView in Howard Beach and I think they got a very good price.

I would also check Matteo's - they have locations in LI

I had mine at Smithtown Landing CC It was beautiful and everything was perfect!!
