So, my mother insisted she throw engagement party, so instead of fighting her we have let her do it. But small things r popping up and she has no idea what to do about it. So right now we r having an argument about centerpieces. Any ideas or thoughts on what we can do? Did you ladies use ur wedding colors for your e party?
I don't know where your e-party will be, but mine was at a restaurant and the restaurant provided a small vase and a few flowers for each table. We did not incorporate wedding colors because we had no idea what they would be at that point. Plus, I don't think anyone is really going to remember whether or not you used your wedding colors or not!
You don't have to use your wedding colors if you don't want to. You can do a glass bowl with floating candles in it. I'm doing that for my dad's bday and it's much cheaper than flowers!
